Hepatitis B Virus Infected: People who have been infected with Hepatitis B virus in the past or are currently infected with Hepatitis B virus are called Hepatitis B Virus Infected. Hepatitis B patients: there are clinical symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, anorexia, abdominal distension and diarrhea, and some patients have jaundice, fever and so on. Some patients have jaundice, fever, etc. However, some patients have no obvious clinical symptoms. Laboratory results show abnormal liver function and hepatitis B two halves: HBsAg positive, HBeAg positive or negative, anti-HBc positive, and hepatitis B virus DNA (HBVDNA) positive. These patients should usually be treated and recuperated. Hepatitis B virus carriers: clinically, HBsAg positive patients without any symptoms or signs and normal liver function tests (no history of abnormal liver function) are called asymptomatic carriers of hepatitis B virus. Authoritative medical opinion and liver disease experts believe that these people can work and study normally, except for not being able to child care and food service industry, and not being able to donate blood. There is no need for clinical treatment at present, but they should be reviewed regularly, especially those who are HBVDNA positive and/or have conscious symptoms of hepatitis should be reviewed once every 6-12 months, and the examination items include: liver function, hepatitis B two half pairs, hepatitis B virus DNA, abdominal ultrasound and so on.
