After surgery, avoid overexertion, prevent colds, quit smoking and alcohol, and prohibit spicy and stimulating food. A few patients have urinary incontinence after surgery, pay attention to bladder and pelvic floor muscle exercise, do contraction of the anus exercise. Drink more water and keep the urine volume around 2000 ml per day to achieve the self-cleaning effect of the urinary tract. Avoid sexual intercourse for 3 months after surgery. If there is recurrence of postoperative haemorrhage, go to the hospital in time.
