  (1) Walking is the best form of exercise. Initially, you can hold objects and walk around the house and around the house. (4) The most appropriate intensity of exercise is: slight sweating during exercise, slightly fast breathing, slightly fatigued, but still able to carry on a conversation, conversation is not accompanied by shortness of breath.  (5) If chest pain, asthma or fatigue occurs during exercise or exercise, stop immediately. The heart may feel particularly fast during the activity. If the heart beats regularly, do not worry too much. If the heart suddenly loses control or beats too fast with mild dizziness, weakness and irregular pulse, contact your doctor.  (6) Do not exercise on an empty stomach or after a full meal. It is best to exercise one hour after waking up in the early morning or after dinner.
