Keratan, composed of loratadine, is a highly effective and long-lasting tricyclic antihistamine, a selective peripheral H1 receptor antagonist, which relieves various symptoms caused by allergic reactions and is used for the relief of allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, nasal congestion, and itching and burning sensation in the eyes. It is also indicated for the relief of symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, pruritic skin diseases and other allergic skin diseases. The dosage is 1 tablet of 10mg once a day for adults and children over 12 years of age; 1 tablet of 10mg once a day for children aged 2-12 years weighing 30kg; 1 half tablet of 5mg once a day for children weighing less than 30kg.
