Can psyllium cure tinnitus?

Psyllium is not usually used to treat tinnitus.
Psyllium is a diuretic and diaphoretic (improves the problem of dribbling in the urine, small amount of urine does not pass) type of Chinese medicine. It is sweet in taste and cold in nature, with the effects of clearing heat, diuretic and diarrhea, seeping dampness to stop diarrhea, brightening the eyes, and expelling phlegm. It can be used to treat gonorrhea (increased urination and astringent pain), edema, summer dampness and diarrhea, red, swollen and painful eyes, cough and coughing up yellow phlegm.
There is no conclusive evidence that psyllium can treat tinnitus. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a professional physician for evidence-based treatment to avoid delay. The use of Chinese medicine should be guided by a professional physician, not self-medication, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
