How to treat sore back bones

Lumbar bone pain may be caused by lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spine fracture, etc. It can be relieved by general treatment, medication and surgery.
1. General treatment: Usually, more attention should be paid to rest. In the acute stage of pain, if accompanied by nerve root edema, one should rest on a hard bed. In case of lumbar spine fracture, axial turning should be done to avoid secondary fracture due to improper care.
2. Medication: Generally, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib and ibuprofen can be used to relieve pain. If accompanied by nerve root edema, drugs such as mannitol can be used to eliminate the edema. In the case of nerve root compression and damage, nutritive drugs such as methylcobalamin can be used for treatment.
3. Surgery: If the nerve root and spinal cord are severely compressed due to fracture and lumbar disc herniation, and it is difficult to relieve the symptoms through conservative treatment, then surgery should be performed.
There may be other reasons for lumbar bone pain, so it is recommended to actively seek medical treatment and take medication under the guidance of a professional doctor, and not to use medication privately, so as not to cause adverse effects.
