What should I pay attention to when discharging a patient with a brain hemorrhage?

After being discharged from the hospital for brain hemorrhage treatment, care still needs to be taken to maintain good blood pressure, as poorly controlled hypertension is still prone to rebleeding. Long-term use of long-acting antihypertensive drugs is generally required to keep blood pressure in the normal range. Exercise should be frequent and regular. But do not over-exert and strain. Avoid mood swings. Keep bowel movements smooth. Keep blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids normal. Avoid overexertion and overwork. Avoid the effects of strong stimulating weather such as too cold, too hot, high wind, rain and snow. Maintain proper weight and avoid obesity. Regular hospital review. It can be 3 months-1 year depending on the situation.
