What are the precursors of stroke

It is a group of cerebrovascular diseases caused by organic brain injury and can be divided into cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc. The prodromal symptoms of different types of diseases are also different. Cerebral infarction is the most common type of stroke. Patients often develop the disease in quiet or sleep without typical aura symptoms, but some cases may have transient ischemic attack prodromal symptoms such as limb numbness, weakness, transient darkness, dizziness and other manifestations. Cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage tend to develop during activity, and patients tend to have triggers such as emotional excitement, exertion, and strenuous exercise before the onset of stroke. It is important to note that stroke patients have complex symptoms and lack typical aura symptoms, but most of them have high level of cerebrovascular disease, so it is important to provide standardized prevention and treatment for these patients. Studies have shown that hypertension, smoking, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, atrial fibrillation, obesity, and excessive alcohol consumption are all risk factors for cerebrovascular disease. In conclusion, most stroke patients do not have typical aura symptoms before the onset of stroke, and some patients may have transient limb numbness and weakness, but most patients have high risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, smoking and dyslipidemia.
