Urine pH, also known as urine pH, has a normal value between 5.5 and 7.4. There are many reasons for changes in urine pH. Common causes include pathological and physiological causes. Pathological causes of elevated urine pH include alkalosis, cystitis or alkaline medications; causes of urine pH less than normal include uric acid stones, renal tubular acidosis or urological tuberculosis. Diet can also cause urine pH to increase or decrease. Drinking alcohol, eating meat or seafood or drinking beer will lower urine pH, while eating more fruits, vegetables and pasta will increase urine pH, so the urine pH should be judged according to the specific situation.
