Chorionic tubular adenoma with high-grade neoplasia is not scary, high-grade tubular chorionic adenoma belongs to a kind of precancerous lesion of colon cancer, which is treated by surgery as early as possible, and the prognosis is generally very good. Clinically, the proportion of choriocapillaris component <25% is tubular adenoma, 25~75% is tubular choriocapillaris adenoma, >75% is choriocapillaris adenoma. Studies have shown that the higher the percentage of choriocapillaris component, the faster the proliferation, which is often accompanied by high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and carcinoma. High-grade choriocapillary adenomas have intact basement membranes and do not infiltrate into the mesenchyme. Therefore, the prognosis is very good if the mass is removed surgically and completely cut off. After surgery, the patient should undergo regular checkups to prevent recurrence and cancer. When the diagnosis of high-grade choriocapillary adenoma is made, timely consultation and surgical treatment should be carried out, and good results can be achieved.
