What is the new drug information related to myopathy and peripheral neuropathy?

Mitochondrial disease: EPI-743: EPI-743 is an investigational drug for hereditary mitochondrial disease, ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT01642056, which is administered orally, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and works by upregulating the activity of key enzymes for synthesis and energy metabolism. EPI-743 has been administered for more than 130,000 cumulative human days (through November 2013 data) with a satisfactory safety profile.  CMT for peroneal muscular dystrophy: vitamin C, fenvalerate, olanzapine, bortezomib, tylosin, baclofen, naltrexone, sorbitol, ADX71441, ethoxyquin.
