How to treat small grains of flesh in the armpit

Small grains of flesh in the armpit may be the result of a fibro-soft tissue growth in the area, usually called a soft fibroma, also known as a dermatome. Treatment for this condition is relatively simple and is usually done with laser or ionization. However, if these small granules are large and do not have a tip, they are best treated by surgical removal. Of course, some patients have redness and swelling due to secondary infection from the frequent scratching of the small granules in the area, which first requires anti-inflammatory treatment, and after the inflammation has subsided, laser or ionization can be used to remove the treatment.
