Is a constant rumbling in the stomach a sign of stomach cancer?

Constant rumbling in the stomach is usually not a sign of stomach cancer, but may be related to gastroenteritis and abnormal intestinal peristaltic function. Under normal circumstances, the rumbling sound in the stomach usually occurs after a full meal and when you are hungry, about 4-5 times per minute. If the number increases, first consider whether it is caused by hunger. When a patient is fasting, gastrointestinal peristalsis can cause air to be squeezed and subsequently produce bowel sounds. Second, the constant rumbling in the stomach may also be caused by chronic enteritis, and patients are advised to pay more attention to rest and not to overexert themselves. In addition, some patients may also have cancer that affects the digestive system, causing the rumbling in the stomach. If the patient is too worried or the symptoms continue to worsen, it is recommended to visit the gastroenterology department and complete the corresponding treatment under the guidance of the doctor. Patients should avoid overeating in their life and try not to eat spicy and stimulating food to avoid aggravating the disease.
