Acetaminophen, ibuprofen, celecoxib, etc. can be used for sterile inflammation due to trauma. If medication is needed, it is recommended that it be used under a doctor’s supervision. Trauma anti-inflammatory drugs are usually divided into: 1. Infection: wounds can be caused by trauma, breakage, etc., can be caused by bacteria and other wounds infected and inflamed. Patients can use drugs that are sensitive to pathogens. Usually there are amoxicillin, erythromycin, cefradine, clindamycin, levofloxacin and other drugs. For contusion wounds, topical antibiotic-containing ointments such as erythromycin ointment and mupirocin ointment can be used to combat infection. 2. Aseptic inflammation: generally refers to the local redness, swelling, inflammation and pain caused by trauma. Pain relievers such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, celecoxib, nimesulide, meloxicam, etc. can be used. For wounds that are obviously bleeding from the skin, tetanus antitoxin should be routinely injected to prevent tetanus. Post-traumatic medication is recommended under a doctor’s supervision.
