Erythromycin ointment for anal swelling in adults?

In adults, rubbing erythromycin ointment on anal distension usually does not provide relief.
Anal distension for the anus or lower rectum or perianal distension discomfort, often accompanied by a sense of foreign body prolapse, anal obstruction and (or) anxious after heavy (lower abdominal discomfort, very want to relieve the stool, after defecation, there is a sense of defecation) sense. However, erythromycin ointment is used for suppurative skin diseases such as impetigo and infections of small burns and ulcerated surfaces.
