Breast abscess is an inflammatory change with both general inflammatory manifestations and special manifestations of breast abscess, the main symptoms are as follows: 1. systemic manifestations, some patients will have systemic inflammatory symptoms during the formation of abscess, such as high fever, pain, increased white blood cells, general weakness, etc. 2. local manifestations, heat or redness on the skin surface of the breast, and lumps or relatively small nodules will be felt in the breast. Small nodules may be felt in the breast. The lump or nodule can move without adhesion to the surrounding breast tissue and is sometimes accompanied by pressure, stabbing pain or paroxysmal pain. Over time, the lump may increase in size due to inflammation, thus liquefying and softening to form pus, which may feel indented and wavy when touched. Treatment of breast abscesses requires anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling treatment by infusion, and abscesses that have not disappeared for a long time need to be drained by abscess incision.
