What is the pain in the chest?

The main manifestation is the regular swelling and pain in the breast, especially in the premenstrual period, and the symptoms can gradually improve and disappear after the period. Some patients may also present with a lump in the breast gland, which is unevenly thickened on palpation and resembles a nodular sensation, with significant tenderness, pinching or pressure pain. Ultrasound examination may reveal disorganized structures in the breast gland, or even multiple echogenic areas, i.e., nodules or cystic lesions of hyperplasia. Mammary gland hyperplasia is a benign disease, so there is no need to worry too much about it, and physical therapy is an option.
