Symptoms of female vulvar eczema are mainly localized erythema, papules, oozing, flaking, skin hypertrophy and other skin changes, accompanied by varying degrees of itching, with symptoms varying according to the duration of the disease. Female vulvar eczema occurs on the labia majora, perineum and pubic hair, and is more common in summer. It is more common in people with poor hygiene, vaginal inflammation, and allergies. Symptoms of acute eczema are scattered red spots or large red flashes and pimples on the vulvar skin, oozing and itching in severe cases. Chronic eczema is characterized by thickening of the vulvar skin, mossy changes, obvious lines, more flaking, accompanied by scratches and varying degrees of pigmentation or hypopigmentation, accompanied by itching.
