Cirrhosis caused by hepatitis can be treated with medication and surgery. 1. Drug therapy: antiviral drugs such as entecavir and interferon can reduce further damage to liver cells. Drugs such as polyene phosphatidylcholine and ursodeoxycholic acid can improve liver function. Drugs such as spironolactone and furosemide can be used to reduce ascites when it occurs. Surgery: patients with serious condition can be treated with surgery, common surgical methods include transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt, endoscopic ligation of varicose veins or sclerosis, tissue glue disconnection, liver transplantation and so on.
