People usually spend 1/3 of the day and night sleeping, i.e., they go to sleep at night and wake up during the day, forming a sleep-wake rhythm. Sleep-wake rhythm disorders are sleep disorders caused by a sleep-wake rhythm that is different from the usual one. The disorder is usually seen in adults, but is rarely seen in childhood or adolescence. Etiology of sleep-wake time disorders: 1. Life rhythm disorders The habits formed by long-term specific environment are related to the occurrence of this disease, which is often found in people who work at night and live irregularly. 2.Psychosocial stress About 1/3 of patients have stress caused by life events such as interpersonal relationships, study load, job search, environmental changes, etc. before the onset of the disease. The anxiety caused by stress can cause people to delay sleep, wake up easily, wake up early and disrupt the entire rhythm structure.
