How to eliminate small subpleural nodules

To eliminate a subpleural nodule, the cause of the nodule must first be determined. If the subpleural nodules are scarring from the original lung inflammation, called proliferative foci, the proliferative foci usually do not go away and will basically always be there. There is also a case of inflammation, which may gradually fade or even disappear when reviewed after a period of time with anti-inflammatory drugs. Subpleural nodules are lymph nodes or charcoal end deposits, which basically do not disappear. If the nodule is less than 8mm, the patient will be advised to follow up. If the nodule is more than 8mm at the time of follow-up, the patient will be advised to undergo surgery, because if the nodule does not disappear after more than six months of follow-up, it will basically not disappear, and then the patient will be advised to undergo surgery, and it is likely to be a precancerous lesion or even carcinoma in situ.
