The male reproductive system consists of two parts: the internal and external genitalia. The internal genitalia consist of the gonads, the vas deferens and the accessory glands. The external genitalia include the scrotum and penis. 1. Gonads: testis is the organ that produces sperm and secretes androgens. Testicular sperm enters the epididymis for storage through the seminiferous tubules, seminiferous tubules and testicular efferent ducts. 2. Vas deferens: including epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory ducts and urethra. 3. Accessory glands: consisting of seminal vesicle glands, prostate glands, urethral bulbous glands and so on. 4. External genitalia: including scrotum and penis. It is recommended that men supplement protein in their daily diet in moderation, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, avoid excessive alcohol consumption, and seek medical examination in time if there is any discomfort.
