There are many types of rhinitis with different etiologies. Acute infection-induced rhinitis may lead to enlarged lymph nodes, but enlarged lymph nodes are not necessarily caused by rhinitis. The presence of bacterial, viral and other pathogenic microbial infections of rhinitis, if the infection is not controlled in time, can be spread to the lymph nodes in front of the ear and the neck, jaw and other parts of the lymph nodes with the lymphatic vessels, causing lymph nodes in these parts of the lymph nodes reactive hyperplasia, enlargement. However, enlarged lymph nodes are not necessarily caused by rhinitis, and there are more reasons for enlarged lymph nodes, such as lymph node tuberculosis, lymphoma, lymph node metastasis of malignant tumors and so on. Rhinitis patients with enlarged lymph nodes should go to the hospital in time, improve the examination, clear diagnosis, timely treatment, to avoid further progress of the condition.
