What’s wrong with the vague pain in the liver area that is fine on ultrasound?

We often come across patients who keep feeling pain in the right upper abdomen and complain of vague pain in the liver area. But by doing ultrasound or upper abdominal CT examination, no abnormalities are found. Then this is often caused by the following situations: 1. first of all, there is no previous hepatitis, or now there is no hepatitis activity, causing the swelling of the envelope, at this time the envelope is pulled and stimulated, often causing hidden pain, at this time to do ultrasound, do CT often difficult to find the problem; 2. is not the problem of the gallbladder. When the gallbladder is inflamed, the patient will also feel this pain in the right upper abdomen. With an ultrasound, sometimes the gallbladder is enlarged and sometimes the gallbladder is not. Sometimes the imaging is not so typical; 3. The pain in the upper right abdomen is always felt because there is a section of the colon in this area, that is, the liver area of the colon, is it a lesion or a functional disorder of this intestinal tract in the liver area that causes this pain, so it should be treated differently.
