Heavy and sleepy body, aching and weakness, pain in perineum and abdomen, continuous pain in back and lumbosacral region, aching and cold pain in joints of the body, impotence and weakness of lower limbs, abdominal distension, inability to urinate or even urinary incontinence, unsmooth bowel movement, thin urination, or loose stools, cold pain in the epigastrium and abdomen, loss of appetite, light tongue with whitish coating, and thin and weak pulse. The treatment is to warm Yang, search for wind and dispel dampness. Use the addition and subtraction of Double Complement Searching Wind Tang (12g each of boneset, bone marrow, cuscuta, cooked epiphyllum, cinnamon stick, dung beetle, scorpion, 6g each of antifungal wind, bone wind, eucommia, fenugreek, 10g each, and systemic nanxing, 6g each). 4, Qi and blood deficiency: seen in the late stage of the disease. Thinness, colorless face, lack of breath and laziness, lethargy, easy to catch a cold, unpleasant urination, or acute urinary retention, dullness and abdominal distension, abdominal distension, pale tongue, white moss, thin and feeble pulse. Treatment is to tonify Qi and blood.
