Treatment of low sex hormone levels

Low sex hormone levels can be treated with medication under the guidance of a doctor according to different causes. For example, patients with early onset ovarian insufficiency can take estradiol valerate, patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can take ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets, and patients with luteal insufficiency can take estradiol hyperemesis gravidarum orally. 1. Early-onset ovarian insufficiency: patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency show low levels of estrogen and anti-Müllerian hormone. If they have fertility requirements, they can take estrogenic drugs as prescribed by the doctor, such as estradiol valerate and nil estradiol. For patients with contraceptive requirements, they can take estrogen and progestin or estrogen-progestin combination preparations, such as estradiol valerate/estradiol cyproterone tablets, estradiol/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets and so on. 2. Polycystic ovary syndrome: Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome show low levels of estrogen and follicle stimulating hormone. For patients with contraceptive requirements, they can be treated with short-acting compound contraceptives such as ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets and drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets on a cyclical basis as prescribed by the doctor, and if they are adolescent, they can be treated with dextroprogesterone and medroxyprogesterone acetate on a cyclical basis. 3. Luteal insufficiency: Luteal insufficiency is the insufficient secretion of progesterone in the luteal phase, which can be taken orally as prescribed by the doctor, such as hypospadias, estradiol valerate, clomiphene and so on. For patients with low levels of estrogen, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to identify the cause of the disease, under the guidance of the doctor, the above medication needs to be carried out under the guidance of a doctor, and can not be used without authorization.
