1. Please be accompanied by family members when resetting. Rest for at least 15-30 minutes after completion of the reset before leaving. As individual patients may suffer from severe nausea during and after the reset. 2.Please keep your head in a fixed position for three days after the reset. Avoid strenuous head movements. Avoid doing full head backward, head down, head shaking, jumping and other movements within one week. 3.After the reset, patients may experience head stuffiness or floating sensation, etc. The lighter ones can gradually relieve themselves.
