It is often used in treating fatigue, worrying, insomnia and excessive sleepiness, fatigue and weakness, blanched complexion, and pale color of lips and nails.

Chaihu Shuo Liver Tang: For people with fatigue syndrome with liver depression and qi stagnation, the treatment mainly focuses on dispersing the liver and regulating the qi, with common symptoms such as emotional disorders, impatience and irritability, belching (belching), fullness in the chest and ribs, and menstrual irregularities.
3. Zuo Gui Wan: For people with kidney yin deficiency, symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, heatiness (irritability and sultriness), night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up), lumbar and knee soreness and weakness, red tongue with little moss and thin pulse (the pulse is becoming narrower and finer and the rate is accelerating), etc, it is recommended that Zuo Gui Wan can be used for regulation.
When discomfort occurs, one should consult a doctor in time and choose medication under the doctor’s guidance, not self-medication.
