Why do you dream every day

Daily dreaming is divided into two cases: First, it is normal, everyone will have the experience of dreaming in their life, only the frequency of dreaming is different, it will not affect the quality of sleep and daytime work, life, learning, and will not lead to the next day’s mental discomfort, weakness, lack of concentration, no need to dwell, no need to treat, dreaming may be related to emotions, work experience, the recent entanglement of things. Secondly, it is pathological dreaming, which affects work, life and study every day and leads to a decrease in sleep quality, resulting in mental discomfort, fatigue and inability to perform normal work the next day, and also leads to memory loss, which is seen in patients with phytodysfunction or neurasthenia, and is common in female patients. In addition to daily dreaming, it is mostly accompanied by weakness, sweating, panic, insomnia, anxiety, and distress, requiring pharmacological intervention and psychological adjustment.
