There are two types of prolapse in Chinese medicine, the spleen deficiency and qi trapping type and the damp heat injection type. The common clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency and qi trapped type are the prolapse of swelling in the anus when the patient has a bowel movement, when walking, when walking for a long time, or when coughing, etc. The severity of the swelling varies, and the patient also has a feeling of anal drop or anal control of bowel movement is not too good, in addition to systemic symptoms, such as tiredness and fatigue. From the TCM point of view, the tongue and pulse look like a school of deficiency, with a pale tongue, thin white fur and a weak pulse. The damp-heat infiltration type is an anal area with ooze and also mucus and blood, a burning sensation in the anus, a yellow tongue and sometimes a counted pulse. These are the two types of evidence in TCM. The spleen deficiency and Qi trapping type is the main one.
