How to keep away from stomach cancer

Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor, with about 400,000 new cases of gastric cancer occurring nationwide each year and about 300,000 deaths from gastric cancer each year. For gastric cancer, three early stages should be achieved, i.e. early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, so as to reduce its mortality rate. To do this, gastroscopy must be done as early as possible, and gastroscopy combined with pathological examination is the best way to detect gastric cancer at an early stage. Of course, it is best to stay away from stomach cancer, not to have stomach cancer and to live a healthy life. To achieve this purpose, the following points should be noted: 1. Eat less barbecued, fried and smoked foods These foods contain carcinogenic substances, such as benzo(a)pyrene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. 2, do not eat moldy food Moldy rice, noodles, peanuts, etc. should never be eaten. There are toxic fungi in mold, which are strong carcinogens. Leftovers should be put in the refrigerator to chill. These foods contain a large amount of nitrite and secondary amines, which can be synthesized into nitrosamines under the action of suitable acidity and bacteria in the stomach, which are very carcinogenic. 4. Quit smoking and reduce alcohol Smoke contains carcinogenic and cancer-promoting substances, and long-term heavy smoking is one of the common causes of stomach cancer. Regular consumption of strong alcohol can damage the gastric mucosa and promote the absorption of carcinogenic substances. 5.Avoid long-term mental depression and depressed mood This state of mind can lower the body immunity and lead to the occurrence of gastric cancer. 6.Eating more anti-cancer food such as mushroom, garlic, onion, tomato, broccoli, green tea, etc. 7.People suffering from chronic gastric disease, especially those with positive H. pylori, should be actively treated and cured as soon as possible. Those suffering from atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric polyps and residual stomach should have regular gastroscopy. Those with recurrent stomach pain, bloating, loss of appetite, lethargy, black stool, and poor effect of medication should have gastroscopy as soon as possible.
