How can you take ginseng?

According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, ginseng can be decocted in soup, boiled in paste, or taken in pills or powder. Ginseng has the effect of replenishing vital energy, restoring the normal pulse, nourishing the blood, calming the spirit and benefiting the intellect.
Ginseng is mildly warm in nature, sweet and slightly bitter in taste, and belongs to the spleen, heart, lung and kidney meridians. It is used in treating deficiency of the body with the desire to shed, weak pulse, deficiency of the spleen with little food, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by symptoms such as eating, drinking and urinating), thirst due to injury of the body fluid, deficiency of lung qi, coughing and weakness, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency due to prolonged illness, and impotence with coldness in the uterus, etc. It is not suitable to be used in combination with ginseng.
Ginseng should not be used in combination with quinoa and wulin. Drugs must be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not use drugs blindly.
