What to do if your two-year-old baby vomits and has diarrhea

Two-year-old babies vomit and have diarrhea, mostly due to improper feeding caused by acute gastroenteritis. You can give your baby mommy’s love or probiotics to regulate the imbalance of the baby’s intestinal flora, and if necessary add montelukast to collect and stop diarrhea treatment. Feed your baby more water, and if necessary, improve the routine stool examination to rule out dysentery. Apply a hot water bag or hot towel to the baby’s tummy to avoid the abdomen from getting cold, so as not to aggravate the diarrhea. At the same time, you can give your baby an abdominal massage. In terms of diet, take a small amount of liquid and light diet, avoid spicy and stimulating, greasy food. If necessary, the baby should be given fluids to replenish energy and nutrition and to correct dehydration and electrolyte disorders.
