When hepatitis B patients need antiviral treatment

First of all, the following tests should be completed: ① two pairs of half; ② liver function; ③ hepatitis B virus DNA. Combined with the test results, the following cases require antiviral treatment: 1, hepatitis B virus DNA ≥ 10^5 copies/mL, glutathione aminotransferase (ALT) ≥ 2 times the normal value. 2, hepatitis B virus DNA ≥ 10^4 copies / ml, ALT ≥ 2 times the normal value, e antigen (HBeAg) negative (usually “small three positive”). 3.For some chronic carriers with normal liver function but high viral load (hepatitis B virus DNA ≥10^5 copies/mL), especially if they are >35 years old, liver biopsy can be considered, and if the examination reveals moderate or above liver tissue inflammation or liver fibrosis, antiviral treatment will be considered. 4. Patients who have developed obvious manifestations of cirrhosis, regardless of major or minor triplets, and regardless of whether the glutamate transaminase is elevated. As long as the viral load is high, oral drug antiviral therapy should be considered.
