D Is 0.47% sperm azoospermia?

Grade D sperm 0.47 percent is not considered azoospermia.
Spermatozoa are categorized into A, B, C, and D according to the standard. D grade means that the sperms are completely immobile and have no ability to move, and D grade sperms are mostly dead sperms. Weak spermatozoa is the low ability of sperm to move forward, and cannot meet the egg normally and cause infertility. 0.47 percent of D-grade spermatozoa does not belong to azoospermia.
Azoospermia and weak spermatozoa are two different concepts. Azoospermia can be categorized as congenital or acquired. Congenital azoospermia is usually caused by underdeveloped or undeveloped testicles that do not produce sperm, while acquired azoospermia is mainly caused by blockage of the vas deferens, which prevents sperm from passing through. Weak spermatozoa is mostly related to urinary tract inflammation, varicocele and mycoplasma infection.
If you suspect that you have azoospermia, it is recommended that you go to a regular hospital to receive specialist diagnosis and treatment, and patients should not diagnose and treat themselves to avoid delaying their condition.
