Current data show that after infection, a few patients with new crowns develop some sequelae such as brain atrophy and loss of taste. However, the research on the after-effects has not yet been finalized. The Lancet, the world’s leading medical journal, has published an article stating that the long-term symptoms of neocollagenesis, or what is now known as neocollagenic sequelae, may be the number one challenge for modern medicine. According to the data research shows that the sequelae of new crown patients mainly include diabetes, brain atrophy, male dysfunction, loss of taste, dry eye, cardiovascular disease and mental illness. Some patients can gradually recover after rehabilitation and recovery treatment, but the individual physique is different, the recovery time and degree are not the same. Currently, research on the sequelae of new crowns is still in its infancy, and more data is needed for further research and confirmation.
