Hip pain may be caused by physiological factors or by certain diseases, such as muscle strain, acetabular impingement syndrome, etc., which can be relieved by appropriate exercise. However, it is not recommended that patients blindly exercise for pain caused by osteonecrosis of the femoral head and synovitis of the hip joint. 1. Muscle strain: Hip pain may be caused by strain of the tendons of the inguinal ligament, often due to incorrect sitting posture or excessive exercise in life. (1) Lunge Variation: Stand half a meter in front of a chair and place your left foot on the chair seat. Bend your left knee and distribute your body weight evenly over both legs. Keeping your spine straight upward, place your hand on your left thigh. Keeping the right leg straight and toes facing straight ahead, you can gradually deepen the hip flexion and switch to the other side after a few breaths. (2) Bound Foot Pose: The patient sits on the ground with the heels close to the perineum, grasps the feet, spreads the thighs, and then gently massages the inner thighs from the groove of the femur to the knee. Within the range of their own tolerance, with the hands gently the knees and inner thighs to the floor pressure, maintain the posture at the same time to pay attention to smooth breathing. 2. Acetabular impingement syndrome: the femoral head and acetabulum anatomical structure is abnormal or once suffered a large trauma, may cause the femoral head in the movement, and the acetabulum extrusion, impact or friction, thus triggering acetabular impingement syndrome, hip pain. The pain can be relieved by relaxing the muscles through anterior hip tennis ball relaxation and anterior lateral hip foam roller relaxation. Hip pain, in addition to the above factors, may also be related to cold, overwork and so on, if not relieved after rest, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, in accordance with the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment.
