What’s a little bit of blood in the third trimester?

A little bit of vaginal bleeding when a woman is in her third trimester of pregnancy is mostly caused by preeclampsia. Ectopic pregnancy, low lying placenta and gynecological diseases can also cause vaginal bleeding.
