Fiber Optic Lipolysis is a fat dissolving technology using the theory of plasma photothermolysis, by liquefying the fat cells evenly, the liquefied fat will be discharged out of the body during the natural metabolism of the body. Diamond Sculpture is a new kind of lipolysis and skin tightening sculpture instrument between non-invasive and surgery, which can penetrate deep into the subcutaneous fat layer, using internal and external dual temperature control heating, releasing radiofrequency energy from the inside out, and dissolving fat while making the skin tighter. In fact, whether it is fiber optic lipolysis or diamond sculpture, it is a minimally invasive procedure. A perforation is made in the skin using a 12-gauge needle commonly used for blood draws. Through this hole, a fiber optic or electrode is placed into the lower layers of the skin for lipolysis. The surgical incision is very tiny, and there is usually no scarring remaining after the procedure, unless the candidate has very severe scarring, but I really haven’t encountered it in my practice in all the years I’ve been doing this, so you don’t have to worry about it too much. Although fiber optic lipolysis and diamond sculpture are both invasive treatments, the traces of the surgery are very small, and the results are very good for the face, which requires fine sculpting.
