In the long term, it does not affect the movement and other limb functions. (7) After 3-6 months, it is not necessary to wear medical elastic stockings for daily activities, but it is recommended to wear medical elastic stockings to protect the affected limbs when standing for a long time to prevent the recurrence of varicose veins. (8) After discharge from hospital, take aspirin orally once a day for 1 month, 100 mg each time. If symptoms such as leg swelling and soreness appear again in the future, you can take Myzlin for 2-3 weeks to promote venous reflux and relieve symptoms. (9) If you find local redness, swelling, heat and pain or even fever in the affected limb after discharge, please follow up with the vascular surgery department of the hospital in time. (10) For patients with severe ulcers before surgery, it may take one to several months for the ulcers to heal gradually after surgery; skin pigmentation may take several years to fade gradually.
