How to treat ulnar radial joint dislocation

Congenital dislocation of ulnar-radial joint can be treated by orthopedic osteotomy of ulnar-radial joint, and the lower ulnar-radial joint dislocation caused by fracture can be fixed externally or operated. 1. Congenital dislocation of the ulnar-radial joint: Congenital dislocation of the ulnar-radial joint will gradually aggravate the dysfunction with the development of the body, and is usually treated with surgery, aiming at restoring the function of the forearm, and it is preferable to treat the dislocation sooner rather than later. Surgical methods include radial or ulnar osteotomy, or rotational osteotomy of the ulnar-radial joint. 2. Acquired ulnar-radial joint dislocation: Acquired ulnar-radial joint dislocation is caused by trauma, commonly caused by fracture, so it needs to be treated according to the degree of dislocation. Mild ulnar-radial joint dislocation can be treated with plaster external fixation, while severe fracture combined with ulnar-radial joint dislocation needs surgical restoration and internal fixation to promote the recovery of its function. Patients are advised to seek timely medical examination and targeted treatment.
