Why do you get cholecystitis?

The etiology of cholecystitis is related to infectious factors, obstructive factors, chemical factors and so on. 1. Infectious factors: Inflammation of neighboring organs or pathogenic bacteria from local foci invade into the gallbladder through bloodstream, biliary tract, lymph and other diffusion, thus inducing cholecystitis. 2. Obstructive factors: the gallbladder neck, the gallbladder duct encounters mechanical obstruction such as stones, resulting in poor bile discharge, gallbladder distension, bile concentration, the formation of a high concentration of bile salts to stimulate the occurrence of chemical inflammation, thus causing cholecystitis. 3. Chemical factors: bile accumulation in the gallbladder to form a high concentration of bile salts, stimulate the gallbladder wall inflammatory reaction; if the pancreatic fluid backflow into the gallbladder, will also have a stimulation of the gallbladder wall, which in turn leads to acute cholecystitis. There are many other causes of cholecystitis, it is recommended that patients go to the regular hospital in time, after clarifying the cause of the disease, under the guidance of the doctor for targeted treatment.
