Atrophic gastritis medication

Atrophic gastritis is a common class of benign diseases, there are three types of drugs commonly used to treat atrophic gastritis: the first type is antimicrobial drugs, generally atrophic gastric cancer caused by bacterial infections, the more common bacteria is the infection of Helicobacter pylori. It is usually treated with two types of anti-inflammatory drugs, the more commonly used are clarithromycin and amoxicillin, or levofloxacin and cephalosporins can be used in combination. The second type is acid-suppressing drugs, more commonly used are omeprazole and ranitidine and so on. The third type is the protective agent of gastric mucosa, the representative drugs are bismuth potassium citrate or magnesium aluminum carbonate.
