How to check follicles

Monitoring the maturity of the follicles, including their development, is done by vaginal ultrasound. The first step is to go to the gynecologist on the 11th day of your period and have a vaginal ultrasound performed to determine the size of the follicles, and then monitor the follicles 1 day apart. You can monitor the follicles every day until there are about 1.6cm follicles, until there is a mature follicle of 1.8cm x 1.8cm, then it is a normal mature follicle. However, if the follicle growth rate is very slow during follicle monitoring and there is atrophy in the growth rate, then at this time there will be luteinization of the soft follicles and there will be ovarian function which will affect the quality of the follicles. At this time, there is no way to conceive without mature follicles. If possible, check the hormone panel on an empty stomach between the 2nd and 5th day of your period to rule out any endocrine hormone problems, and if necessary, take ovulation-promoting medication.
