What is the second grade of gastric impression cell carcinoma?

There is no such thing as second stage gastric impression cell carcinoma. It should be referred to the second stage of gastric impression cell carcinoma, which can be categorized as intermediate gastric cancer. Gastric impression cell carcinoma is a type of gastric cancer, in which there is a large number of impression cell carcinoma in the tumor tissue, and the cells are rich in cytoplasm and contain a large amount of mucus in the cytoplasm. Stage II impression cell carcinoma of the stomach indicates that the tumor may have invaded into the mucosal layer or submucosal layer, and there may be lymph node metastasis around the tumor, but no metastasis to distant organs. Patients with gastric impression cell carcinoma often have upper gastrointestinal symptoms such as epigastric discomfort and fullness after eating. As the disease progresses the epigastric pain worsens, appetite decreases and fatigue. When the disease further reaches the advanced stage, patients may have anemia, emaciation, malnutrition or even cachexia. Stage II gastric impression cell carcinoma patients are mainly treated with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and some patients can also be treated with targeted drugs. Indocyte carcinoma belongs to a malignant tumor with relatively high malignancy, which can be accompanied by extensive infiltration and metastasis in the early stage, and the prognosis is relatively poor.
