2. Pathologic:

(2) Arrhythmia: Frequent premature beats, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias may be triggered by exertion, emotion and other stimuli, and the patient will have accelerated heart rate, accompanied by panic and chest tightness, and need to combine with the electrocardiogram to clarify the type, and choose antiarrhythmic drugs such as Bisoprolol, Verapamil and so on to treat the arrhythmia.
(3) Heart failure: heart failure patients with decreased ejection capacity of the heart, the heart burden increases when doing heavy work, compensatory contraction of the heart leads to accelerated heart rate, the patient may be accompanied by shortness of breath, coughing and other symptoms, usually need to stop immediately, sit down and rest, take furosemide and other relief symptoms.
