Cesarean section for 12 years with vertical incision in the first child, can I have a normal delivery in the second child?

If the first child was delivered by cesarean section with a vertical incision 12 years ago, if there are no indications for the last cesarean section at the time of the second child, and there are no new indications for cesarean section this time around, and the hospital is equipped for an emergency cesarean section, a trial of vaginal labor can be performed. If the second child is born by cesarean section, if the baby is small, the fetal position is suitable for normal delivery, there is no cephalopelvic disproportion, the force of delivery is good, the fetal heart is normal, and the ultrasound and other examinations indicate that the scar from the last cesarean section is healing well, a trial of vaginal delivery can be chosen under close supervision. There is a certain probability of uterine rupture in scarred uterus, so extra care should be taken during trial of labor. If the pregnant woman shows signs of unbearable lower abdominal pain, irritability, pathologic contractions, small amount of vaginal bleeding, abnormal fetal movement and fetal heartbeat, she should have an emergency cesarean section in time to avoid serious consequences. For pregnant women with scarred uterus, whether they can have a normal delivery when they go into labor again still needs to be evaluated by a doctor and should not be chosen blindly.
