Tubular urine with tubular epithelial cells is often seen in those with regular arrangement of tubular epithelial cells within the tubular pattern, suggesting that they come from the same part of the tubules, while those with irregular arrangement suggest that they come from different parts of the tubules, all of which indicate tubular damage. Different types of tubular urine have different causes, please see the following analysis of different types of tubular urine examination: 1, granular tubular urine Transparent tubular type contains particles, the amount of more than 1/3 of the tubular type is called granular tubular type, generally divided into fine granular tubular type and coarse granular tubular type. The former tubular type contains more fine and sparse particles, seen in chronic glomerulonephritis or acute glomerulonephritis late; the latter coarse and dense particles, seen in chronic glomerulonephritis or drugs, heavy metal poisoning and other causes of tubular damage. 2, fatty tubular urine tubular containing a large number of fat droplets, commonly seen in nephrotic syndrome. 3, waxy tubular urine wide external shape, light uniform color, seen in the late stage of chronic nephritis, renal amyloidosis, chronic renal failure. 4, bacterial tubular urine refers to the tubular hyaline matrix contains a large number of bacteria, mostly seen in acute pyelonephritis. 5, fungal tubular urine refers to the tubular type contains spores, mycelia or pseudomycorrhizae, and often see red blood cells, white blood cells or renal tubular epithelial cells, etc. The discovery of fungal tubular type can be an early diagnosis of primary and disseminated mycobacterial infection of the kidney.
