Rehabilitation training can be done 6~8 weeks after ACL injury. Rehabilitation training after 6~8 weeks of ACL injury mainly focuses on remodeling strength and proprioceptive ability. Patients can perform training to continue to increase muscle strength and gait, including single-leg balance training, assisted squatting exercises, heel lift training, straight leg/lateral raises under brace protection, up and down step training, and walking training. Due to the differences in injury and recovery, the rehabilitation training for the same period of time varies from patient to patient. It is recommended that patients carry out rehabilitation training under the guidance of a professional doctor, and do not blindly train on their own to avoid adverse consequences.
