The lack of energy (lack of strength, do not want to talk) is usually seen in patients with qi deficiency, which can be regulated by taking Chinese medicines, such as Si Jun Zi Tang, Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San, tonifying the middle and benefiting the qi pills, and so on.
1. Si Jun Zi Tang: It has the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen. It is mainly used for treating deficiency of spleen and stomach qi. Symptoms include yellowish color, low voice, shortness of breath, loose stools (thin and unformed feces), pale tongue and white moss.
2. Ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes Macrocephalae (Stir-fried), Chinese yam, white lentil (Stir-fried), lotus seed, Semen Coix Seed (Stir-fried), etc. It has the function of tonifying the spleen and stomach, benefiting the lungs and qi. It has the effect of tonifying the spleen and stomach and benefiting the lung qi. It is used in treating loose food, shortness of breath and cough caused by weak spleen and stomach, and fatigue. It is not suitable for patients with cold and fever.
3. Tonifying the Middle Jiao Qi Pill: It is used for diarrhea, prolapse of anus, yin jiao (prolapse of uterus or even out of the vaginal opening in women) caused by weakness of spleen and stomach, sinking of middle jiao qi (deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, which results in the fall of internal organs and organs), symptoms of tiredness and fatigue, low appetite and abdominal distension, loose stools and prolonged diarrhea, anal fall or prolapse of anus, and prolapse of uterus.
